win 7 pro inel(R) i7 Core(TM) i7 - 3770 cpu @ 3.50GHz 3.80 GHz installed memeory 32 GB mother board is a gigabuytez68xp-ud3 playing sc2 my fps rate some times drops to 4 fps what is the best way I can increse my speed being on a budget, that is my setup and I have Comcast blast plus 55 to 57 down speed, please help or tell me where to post this, thanks you in advance

I don't think you need an upgrade. The Intel HD Graphics inside your Core i7-3770 do fine with StarCraft 2. Maybe it's some software or virus. Does your Windows load a lot of stuff at start up?

Consider downloading HijackThis, run it and send us your log file.

There is a bunch of stuff that I would suggest you to remove from the load list at start up system. These are only suggestion! Maybe some of them you actually want to be loaded up.

If you miss something, or a program do not load as expected, just undo the following settings:

Ctrl + Alt + Del open your Task Manager. There's a tab with a list of start-up programs. Disable one-by-one.
And a question: how many slots of memory are you using? 4x8GB memories?
