HI
First of I will give you my specs.

Motherboard - Gigabyte H61M-S2PV
GPU - EVGA GTX 550 TI 2GB
PSU - Powercool P4 650W
MEMORY - 8GB
CPU - INTEL I5-3570K

Basically I had a Pentium G2020 Processor and wanted to upgrade, So I Took out my GPU and the Processor and replaced it with the NEW I5.
Switched PC on and the CPU Fan Spun for about 20 seconds then it rebooted and wouldn't boot.

Wondering what the problem could be. Both CPU fan and Heatsink are installed correctly. However I have not put Any Thermal Paste on, could this be why it is not booting?
Also I tried reconnecting the old Pentium processor and it did the same thing.

URGENT Help please as everything was working till 30 minutes ago.

Yes, you need the Thermal Paste, otherwise you will kill the cpu. And I think you maybe kill the new i5, because you said "everything was working till 30 minutes ago."

Try clean the CMOS by remove the battery or use the jumper, and buy the thermal paste, and then add it on the cpu install the cooler, then try again.
Installing Thermal Compound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRRWbQUqW1Y
If that does not work, you may kill the cpu.

"everything was working till 30 minutes ago". This was regarding the old Pentium processor. The new I5 Cpu just spins then stops. But without Thermal Paste. So getting Paste Tomorrow and will update if it works or NOT.
