Help needed in choosing a z97 motherboard

Im putting together a i7-4790K build for CAD design and gaming. Im following a red-black theme. I was wondering if some of you could give me some suggestions regarding a motherboard.

I want the following:

ATX/E-ATX form factor,
Highly Durable, Extensive OC support,
Audio Features,
On board Wifi,
Needs to support 2-3 way SLI (for my 780Ti's)

I am looking at ASUS and MSI. Although I want to spend less, I would like an explanation for the premium if possible.
