help needed in installing kali 2.0

Hello...i want to use kali from USB . I have installed kali on USB using win32DiskImager. But the problem is my vaio is not booting into USB.I'm using "Start from media option" from boot menu. please help me.

Q1. Why Kali? That is not a beginners Linux distro.
Q2. Does your system boot from any properly constructed USB? If not, why not?

why kali...because i just want to use it as simple as that.But if u can guide me through this.I'll be very grateful to you.
and yes i have tried booting into windows 7 before,not this time but back in days.

As already stated, Kali is NOT for beginners. It is a very specifically targeted distribution. If you were actually in that targeted audience you would already know how to fix this problem.

Fix that

Again, why Kali?
Are you looking for Linux, or Kali Linux in particular? If Kali, why?

"Fix it"

1. Kali is NOT a Linux distro to start with.
2. You have boot issues with your PC

Fix that.
