Hi!

Below is my current system :
CPU : AMD A8 7600
CPU COOLER : Deepcool ICEEDGE 200T
Motherboard : MSI A88XM-E35 (FM2+)
RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 1600Mhz
GPU : Sapphire Radeon Dual-X R9 380 2Gb DDR5
Hard Drive : WD 1TB Caviar Blue
PSU : Aerocool Strike-X 500W 80+ Bronze
Case : Aerocool GT Gaming Black

I am planning to upgrade this system very soon and have about $300-350 budget for upgrading it. I mainly use it for gaming but I'm planning on entering the streaming/youtube spectrum.

My problem is I can't really decide on which one to prioritize? I was planning on waiting for Ryzen R5 to be released but seeing the gaming performance on the R7 I know developers are working on improving it but I don't think it will improve anytime soon.

Here are my current options w/ the current prices in my country (Philippines) :
- Upgrade to an i3-6100/7100 + 8gb DDR4 RAM + MSI B150 PC Mate = $260
- Upgrade to an i5 7500 + 8gb DDR4 RAM + MSI B250M Mortar - $350
- Upgrade to a Haswell i5 + MSI H97 GAMING 3 = $280 - $300
- Sell my GPU for around $120 and buy a GTX 1060 6Gb for $260 = $140
- Buy an SSD 500gb - $130 / 240gb - $70

I'm open to other suggestions, just keep in mind that I do not have access to online stores like Amazon in my country.

Thanks!

The SPEC-03 is perfectly fine...

I have around 20k budget in pesos. If I was to buy the parts now I can only get an i5 7500 w/ stock cooler, a b250M MoBo, 8gb DDR4 RAM, and maybe a case worth ~2k in pesos.

I built the PC as an extremely budget gaming PC when I got a job so I chose the APU and after a year had budget to get a decent GPU.

That was really close to my main plan using an i5 7500, a b250m board, 8gb DDR4 RAM. But I won't have the budget for that case. I'm leaning towards Rakk cases if you've heard of them. Or maybe the Tecware Alpha/Titan since I wanted a windowed case w/ a PSU shroud.

Just got good news. A friend is planning to sell me his i5-4690 + Gigabyte Z99x gaming 3 + 16GB DDR3 RAM for $260/PhP13,000. I think this is a great deal compared to anything else and I would have budget left for a new PSU and Case so I'll probably take it.

Get the case I listed before and this: https://dynaquestpc.com/product/seasonic-520w-m12ii-520-80plus-bronze-modular/
Or this case if you want to splurge, looks fantastic and has a glass panel: https://dynaquestpc.com/product/nzxt-s340-elite-matte-black-white-black-red/

Thanks!

I'll probably get the this instead since it's not too much of a price difference :

I don't think I can spend that much on a case but I'll be looking into longer term options probably next month
I'm thinking this one if I can't afford the S340 :

The SPEC-03 is perfectly fine. The regular S340 is a better choice though, great build quality for the price: https://dynaquestpc.com/product/nzxt-source-340-s340-matte-mid-tower/
The only problem with the spec series is the cramped back and plastic construction, get the S340.

Get the M12II I posted above, it happens to be cheaper, but it has fully modular cables and a better component design.
