help needed with choosing a monitor

So ive narrowed my choice of a monitor to two models -

LG 22mp68vq
HP 22es

and cant decide which one is better or the one to get
could somebody help me with this(maybe someone who's used either or both)? I don't know much about monitors

also , the LG one comes with a 75hz refresh rate and the HP with the standard 60 hz..what difference, if any, does it make overall ?

If there are other models I should be considering id love to hear about them too..in the same budget as of the above models

The HP monitor lists 2 million colours in its specs. The LG lists 16.7 million characters. That means that hp is a 6+0 bit monitor. That means you are quite likely to see posterisation in the hp.

although I was going through the specs just now and noticed 16.7 mil colours as well ? :/
