Help! Needing know about this desktop

Is hp omen core i3 gaming desktop good for photoshop? Mild editing and maybe some singing videos as well I cannot afford to pay out right so someone I know is going to take payments I need to know if this is worth it

System requirement of Photoshop are not high,an i3 with at least 8GB RAM can do the work. Also it depends on the project, but the omen meets the minimum requirements.
