Solution
There are too many possible reasons and we need more data.

1) do you have a discrete GPU or using only the one integrated in your CPU?
2) which cable type are you using to connect the monitor with your PC?
3) did you try to connect the PC with your TV using HDMI? Could be useful to try.
4) did you reset CMOS settings (remove the mobo battery for a few minutes then put it back in? Of course, unplug PC from the wall beforehand.)
5) did you try using only a single stick of memory, making sure it is connected to adequate mobo slot (as per your mobo manual)? If still not working test just the other one.

As a sidenote, the fact that your RAM is not listed on asrock website does not mean anything in practice. If it is not faulty, it should...

As a sidenote, the fact that your RAM is not listed on asrock website does not mean anything in practice. If it is not faulty, it should work without any issues. Those QVL lists are only to show which RAM modules the manufacturer was able to test in practice - and of course, it is not possible with every single RAM model, especially the models which were introduced after the mobo itself.
