[SOLVED] Help new pc having problems

Just built a gaming pc but I'm having problems one is where 1/10 times it will boot to bois and then windows while the the other times there is no display but lights and fans are spinning, I have also just started to have a problem where it will freeze randomly during games or even loading my desktop up after shutting down. can someone please help im lost and have tried everything

The next time that your gaming pc successfully boots and runs do the following;

1. Open Reliability History and look for error codes and warnings.
2. Open Event Viewer and likewise look for error codes and warnings.

What make and model PSU did you install? Wattage, age, condition?

And update the posted "specs" to include all makes and models.
