Help no signal when using risers

gpu works fine if attached directly to the mobo, however i want to use risers. if i connect the gpu through a riser to the mobo i get no signal at all. I have 5 risers none showing a display, but im sure they work

I have a evga 750w power supply a biostar h110m-Btc with evga gtx 1060 3gb with pci-e powered riser its blue has a 6 pin to Sara and a blue USB.
