Question Help! No video out from GPU!

Hi, last night my system fully locked up in the middle of use. I tried a reboot and was receiving no video output to my display. The mobo is showing a constant red VGA light. I tried to swap the GPU, use a different pci-e slot, still no dice. I got a new motherboard today and am still having the same issue. I have swapped the card to a z270 board and it seems to be working fine. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Zotac 1070ti Amp Extreme
Asus X470-Plus Gaming
2x8 Gb 3200 MHz gskill ram
Corsair RM750x power supply
500 Gb Samsung 860 Evo M.2 ssd
2 TB Seagate firecuda @7200 rpm

Original motherboard is a Auros X470 Ultra Gaming

Since swapping boards did not solve it, it might be the CPU, assuming that the power supply does work, Try testing different power supply, to rule it out.
