HELP! No video output.

Hello, my computer is not putting out any video from my GTX 970 OR my integrated graphics. I ordered a new motherboard (exact same one) and it fixed nothing. No sign of damage on the cpu, the case or the pci connections. I am thinking it might be the ram or the psu somehow. Thoughts?
