Mobo is z68ma-d2h-b3 rev 1.0 (f1 bios)
who owns a same mobo. have issues on overclocking and I am just a newbee on OCing.

f1 bios means it's pretty much the oldest one! update to the newest UEFI bios, and then CAREFULLY learn how to overclock. Start small with zero voltage boosts until you know enough electrical engineering to understand what is happening.
