Help on an upgrade

I play arma 3 a lot. I want to know what to upgrade for arma 3 and what to upgrade to (I have £210 or $325 usd to spend)
Current specs:
Msi twin frozer gtx 760
Amd fx 4350
8gb of ram 
As rock 880gm
Please keep in mind I am willing to upgrade my cpu and motherboard.

The am3+ line from Amd is pretty much dead, the best thing you could do at this point would be to upgrade to a good processor like a i5-4690k from Intel and a Z97 MB so you can do some Overclocking. Video card upgrade would be your 2nd priority as your card isn't way too old.
