When you add a case (you can add whatever case you want) it will be a little over budget, but not by too much. It comes with everything you need.

U sure it's reliable

You should get an SSD instead of that 2tb drive. You can get a 256gb one for the same price. The intel 600p 256gb NVME M2 ssd is 79.99 at microcenter. Then save up later for a platter drive with more space.

Yes. The only parts in any kind of build that would normally have reliability issues are the hard drive and power supply, both of which are very high quality in the build I gave you. And you almost always have some type of warranty when buying from a reputable seller. And whatever case you want. Find one that looks good, that has the features you want, and is within your budget. And yes, you could go with an SSD, which would mean games would load faster, your computer would boot faster, general tasks will load faster, but 256 GB is not that much. I have a 1 TB drive, and after I reinstalled Windows, I didn't download a lot of the games I had before, and I am using over 700 GB.

sorry for disturbing frequently but I'm just worried that whether I should purchase any extra cables for connecting all components or would everything be included ? eg: the psu, I'm worried whether that the psu has the cables for connecting cables to motherboard and stuff or would I have get them separately.

The case comes with no cables. All the cables you need come with the other parts. If you go to the PC part picker link I sent you, and you go to the cases, as long as the compatibility filter is on, which it is by default, and it will only show you cases that will fit with all of your parts.
