Help on buying PC

Hi guys, i'd like to buy a new PC. I will mostly play games like League of Legends and COD BO3, and maybe something else. I saw this Lenovo for 600€ with:
Intel® Core™ i-5 4460(3.2/3.4GHz, 6MB L3)
HD 500GB - RAM 4GB - Multi Card Reader 7-in-1
Windows 8.1 64-bit
nVidia GeForce GTX 745

What do you think about that?
Will the video card run smoothly?

No it wil not run smoothly if you want to game and you have a 600$ budget you should build your own pc or buy a custom pc at ncix or a different reputable pc building company. Dont buy it from tier1 builders like hp, dell or lenovo. Because they have poor pc's at the 400$+ budget.
