Help on CPU decision

I have a budget of around £600 ($850) to build a gaming pc myself. I want to put togetether some of it now, so it can at least run, then put in more ram, a GPU, and an SSD for Black Friday deals later on in the year. My issue is I want a CPU for below £150 ($200) that won't bottleneck a GTX 1060 6GB. I like the look of the R5 2400G, or the i3 8100, but have no idea on any CPU that I should buy. Any help would be greatly appreciatrd, and I apologise for my lack of PC knowledge, thanks.
