Currently the system has:
Asus direct cuII gtx 770
I7-4790k
Asrock z97E-itx/AC
Corsair cx600m
Corsair 250d
16gb ram
An sdd and hdd and blu ray drive
I want help on whether or not I should continue to upgrade. Currently I am a college student so I don't get much money but I do get some and more than willing to put it towards my system but with the upgrades I want it may take a while. The help I want is
1) whether I should upgrade to a gtx 1080
2) should I water custom water cooling this pc
I'm having trouble with this because I don't want water cool my 770 if I upgrade it to a 1080 down the road because the blocks are expensive. Also I want to know whether I should upgrade to a 1080 because that's also expensive about $700 when I got the current 770 I have now for $100 used from a friend. I'm just having trouble deciding because I know the 1080 is a beast compared to a 770 but I want to constantly be upgrading my pc. I also feel if in going to put a 1080 it deserves a Skylar process. Can you guys please offer me insight on my situation.
