help on Display problem

Hi everyone need your help..... I have experiencing black screen and display garbage from my VC and I have it RMA and I'll get it 2 weeks. So i now i placed the DVI on my mobo, then it would get a signal nor boot, so tried removing the RAM and placed it on the different slots then it worked like charm. After 2 days I observed some flickering then earlier today black screen again, I don't what's the problem now, is it my Mobo, CPU, RAM or PSU......

Try removing the RAM, and run the system with only 1 stick installed to see if the RAM is the issue.

From the symptoms you are describing, the PSU is often the culprit of the instability.
