I'm getting a http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/F2A55M/ to replace a Medion MS-7800, is that okay?

My Medion MS-7800 has blown so I'm buying the one above.
Also, I'm looking to buy a new Graphics Card that is suitable for my power supply and motherboard, I'm not looking for an outstanding graphics card just one that will not be any worse than my last one which was in-built on my previous motherboard.
The power supply I currently have is 450W.

I have no set budget but as I've said the graphics card doesn't need to be outstanding so keeping the price low would be much appreciated.

Yes, the Asus will work fine as a replacement. The Asus is capable of handling any gpu you wish to buy, but your psu limits you to a low end card. Without knowing the make and model of your psu, and not knowing what level of graphics you need, it is hard to recommend a gpu.

That said, at 450w, you should be looking at a Radeon HD7750. It's the best card out there that does not require an additional power connector from the psu.

Post your psu info and tell us what you want/need from graphics so we can give you some ideas.

Thank you for your help, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by PSU info, power supply information? If it helps this is the computer I have http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/pcs/1296637/medion-akoya-e4057-d/specifications.

If you look on the side of the psu, there should be a label that provides information such as the current (amps) available on the various power rails. It will say something like 12v and under that 23a.

I suspect your 450w psu is not a very well built one and actually only provides about 300-350w. Look on the label for the name and model number.

AC Input: 230-240V 5A, 50-60Hz
DC Input: 450W

Is that right?
