Help on How to setup nat transversal

I am stuck with strict nat and my isp is blocking ports and I wanting to setup transversal is controlled by isp. I have an archer c7 router hooked to my modem no success in port forwarding or dmz

Either change your ISP, or get a virtual server and tunnel your traffic thru it. It's not easy, but doable. You'll need some Linux skills for that if you don't want to pay for another Windows license. There should be some guides around. "VPS as VPN tunnel"

Could I use windows bash on windows 10 for the Linux commands

You can, but this won't help you at all with your ISP. The idea is:
- you setup a VPS (Virtual Private Server) somewhere away, eg Azure, Amazon, or any of other cloud providers
- this VPS will have a public IP. You setup there a VPN server, into you will dial into from your router.
- Now, you set-up (in Linux - iptables) to forward ports from public IP into your (VPN'ed) local IPs.

Is this a case where the ISP has literally told you he's blocking those ports and refusing to open them? Or just a case of you not being able to open them, perhaps due to misconfiguration?
