Im gonna buy this Router
TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND 300 Mbps
Can i connect an External HDD and access from my PC and other devices?

according to the specs, it has a USB 2.0 port that can read a connected hard drive to stream media and such, so yeah probably. It probably will be a bit sluggish given the USB 2.0 limitation of 12MB/s

Absolutely you can. I suggest getting a nice network hard drive that you can connect using Ethernet. There are tons on amazon. They will overcome the USB speed limitation that the above gentlemen is referring to.
