Help over clocking?

I have tried briefly to overclock.... can somebody give my someone guidance. I no what to do in terms of stress testing. this main issue is what in the bios ?

i have i5 2500k & GA-Z68X-UD3-B3 - Intel® Z68 Express Chipset
