[HELP] Palit GF210

I got this Palit GF210 from my friend. It's working on him, but when I used it on my computer nothing happens. My PC don't boot and no display. I'm using Windows 7 64Bit and my MoBo is ASUS P5KPL AM/PS with 2gb RAM and 2.7GHz Processor

MOST common mistake:
have you connected your monitor cable to GPU?

I do. And the other thing I noticed was whenever I install the software for my video card my pc won't boot. But when I'm using my old one it works fine.

which one is your old card?
Install old one, uninstall all drivers, reboot, install new one, install drivers.
Your old card's drivers wouldn't be working with the new card.

Your old card is a 2006 card. so it is very much possible that drivers is the issue.
Why are you using win7 64 for a 2 GB ram system? Windows itself will use up half of that ram.
Add another 2 GB if possible. Your system is quite obsolete.

You must be using the Pentium E5400? That, too is a very slow processor.
