I had iBuyPower build me a 1900 dollar gaming pc about a year ago. About 6 months ago we blew a fuse and i think it was my harddrive or ssd that erased and i had to get a new one. anyway, im having this problem where whenever i'm on the computer i always have this issue of "preparing security options" where my computer freezes and wont let me do anything. it completely freezes til i hit control alt delete, and it brings up the the windows screen saying preparing security options...
some people say this is a hardware problem, possibly a hard drive issue. here was another post, but ive come here b/c im not the biggest computer expert, and need help, plus this is old.. if anyone has any ideas please let me know, im real sick of this freezing on my newish nice comp...
