Hello guys, i am researching about a pc for my brother he is studying musical production on my country , he need a pc for musical production and video but primary is the musical production , my budget is about 1300 and 1500 dollars, including some audio interface (maybe focusrite? ) , i am not expert on hardware so any help is welcome.

You'll also want to buy a sound card but I don't know much about which ones are good so I didn't put one down. Also depending on his specific video editing you might want a video card besides the integrated I7 one, but again not my field of expertise in knowing video card importance in video editing (I know CPU is way more important).
