[SOLVED] Help! PC gets stuck at BIOS loading screen for over an hour everytime it's started

So this is a rig I built some 3 months ago, before the lockdown began. The usual booting time has never been over 50secs (which is a very conservative estimate) and I'm suddenly having this problem this week.

What happens is that it gets stuck on the MSI PRO Series BIOS boot screen - which is the first screen that appears when you start on your PC. and then loading circles appear, my keyboard and mouse flash in 5-10 minutes and it takes about 50-60 minutes for it to actually start. Sometimes it'd crash and give me a sad emoji BSOD (stopcode: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE).

Here's what I've tried so far:
  • Clean installation of Windows
  • Startup repair and restoring
  • Removed all storages except booting SSD
  • Removed all inputs and outputs except monitor
  • Updated drivers
  • Flashed BIOS to latest version
