Discussion Help! Pc not displaying anything!

Hey guys! So i’ve been having trouble today with my pc not displaying anything. I’ve had it for about 5-6 months ago and suddenly it stopped working.. now it turns on, passes all of the ez debug leds, and stays on “displayport not detected “. Is it a dead gpu? Mobo is dead? help! i left a pair of usb powered speakers while pc was off, idk if that caused something

Keyboard turns on.. i reseated gpu and ram.. still no luck
