Question Help! PC won't boot anymore.

Ok so a month ago my pc randomly just didn't want to start anymore, it would turn on for 5 seconds then off immediatly.Then after taking the component out of the case an trying them it worked fine.Fastforward to yesterday where the same problem happend but apparently it was a loose laptop drive that was causing the problem.Then this morning same exact problem . Pc starts for 5 seconds then turns off.But this time after changing places for the ram it would turn on but dosen't show anything on screen.
I Have already bought new upgrades and would want to know if my psu is still working.
