The last things i should decide are, at first:
1 which motherboard ? I dont need any LED, dont need any beautifool look.
2 which box-case? For cooling i picked noctua d15, i know this cooler can interrupt with ram, but maybe if i have only 2 ram sticks it does not matter, and this cooler will not touch RAM? i need the case with front slots for headphones/microphone and usb off-course. I dont need case that looks like spaceship, i need cheap/perfomanse case.
Think that it should be 180,185, or maybe 200 if such cases exist.
3 Which Power Supply ? I will take 1080ti in the future, and will play with overlocking the CPU.
4 Which additional fans should i take how many of them , where to put them?
I dont want pick the very expensive motherboard, will the `ASROCK Z370 PRO4 ATX Intel Z370 DDR4` for example fit this need, encluding overlocking? or pick any other model?
For memory storage i think any 512Gb ssd maybe samsung.
Here is that i already picked https://pcpartpicker.com/user/jiskreq/saved/ZHBKZL

my build looks a lot like your here's the list, I have a better PSU for upgradability, you might want to wait as well for GPU prices or the rumored 1180.You probably want to change the board out and take off the fans, also change the case.https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wncK3b. 32 gb of ram is also too high, take a 16 gb kit and use that money elsewhere(case, gpu, cooler(may want to get a liquid AIO),etc.)

What sort of a budget have you set aside for your board? I've read through your other thread, they are a little concise but need to be a little more focused. I'm not sure why you didn't list a PCPartPicker link here to show how far you've compiled your PC's parts.

I have already picked i7 8700k , noctuda d15, and RAM. I can rise the budget if required. But i dont want to pick very expensive motherboard it it does not required for thing i already described. I dont need the LED, and nice view of that PC set. I want perfomance.
