hello,

I just rebuilt my computer:

I had an AMD FX-8350 and a ASUS Sabertooth 990FX r2.0 with Kingston Fury X 1866 ram.

the question I have is, is it worth it to step up to Asus VG248QE 24" LED HD for gaming. I play World of Warcraft, LOL and a few FPS. I have a HP 2511x now and wanted to know if it's worth going for 144hz and 1 ms. Will I get better FPS or will I get better quality images? I am getting a steady high 90 to 100 fps in WOW with the HP monitor. Again thanks for all your input.

Solution
Screens don’t change the FPS or the picture. The screen displays it. For those games you should go for a 1080p display. 60hz should be enough and anything below a 6ms response time should be good.
