HELP PLEASE !! Brand new PC freezing (hard reset required) extremely irregular and now sometimes blue screen

I built this pc mid Jan , and its been giving me hell ever since.

all the freezes are the same ,video will stay on screen and audio will continue for maybe a few seconds the go all buzzy . ctrl alt del doesn't work, mouse doesn't work , if i leave it it will stay the same all day , i have to hard reset it every time

when gaming it will freeze randomly , i might get an hour before it freezes the first time , the reset and maybe 10-30 min sometimes less the reset again maybe 10 min and will continue and then freeze more and more frequently even when just browsing for answers online

will freeze even if the screen is off and sitting on desktop

(UPDATE THE PC NOW CRASHES SOME TIME WITH A BLUE SCREEN .SOME TIME FREEZES AS SOON AS THE DESKTOP LOADS AFTER START UP )

the freezes are so irregular and now its crashing too

ALL COMPONENTS WERE BRAND NEW

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (stock cooler)
MB: ASrock ab350pro4
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 3gb
RAM:Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4-2666 2x8GB
PSU: Corsair CS750M

-temps seem to be fine
-updated BISO and everything i could
-nothing is over clocked
-i have even tried to under clock everything
-after every reset i look up event viewer and nothing of note there event viewer
-i reinstall windows
-tested ram with windows diagnostic tool and with mem test 86 (all fine)
-tried every ram stick in every slot in every config
-re build the entire pc and reinstalled windows again
-run gpu stress test and will freeze

Try running it with only a single stick of RAM, alternately testing each for improved stability....
