Question Help please, computer stopped turning on one day. I am out of ideas and need help

Computer specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G 3.8GHz W/ Radeon Vega Graphics
FAN: MasterLiquid Lite 120mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler with Dual Chamber Pump & Copper Cold Plate
VIDEO: GeForce RTX™ 3070 8GB GDDR6
MEMORY: 32GB (8GBx4) DDR4/3200MHz Dual Channel
MOTHERBOARD: (new MSI b450 tomahawk max)
(old ASRock B550M-C Micro ATX)
POWER SUPPLY: 750w

one day my computer wouldn't turn on. No lights, no power, no nothin. My first thought was power supply so I upgraded it to 750w from 600w, got a tester with the new power supply and both work fine. Picked up a motherboard from a friend for free that has never been taken out of the box. Moved everything over to the new motherboard and now all the lights and fans turn on but 0 display comes through. New motherboard has MSI EZdebug light and the CPU light is illuminated. The only cord that could not be connected to the motherboard is the RGB lights for the water pump. I built my first PC but with this one decided to go with CyberPowerPC, so I have some PC building experience but not a whole lot. I am at a total loss now and my brain hurts trying to do more research. I used PC part picker to check compatibility with the new motherboard and it said might have some issues, may need to update BIOS.

TRIED: replacing power supply, replacing motherboard, updating BIOS with FLASH BIOS stick using two different USB sticks and two different BIOS versions, unplugging graphics card to see if I could get the PC to turn on using integrated graphics in CPU (I don't know how to do this so i feel this option could be explored more), buying new ram sticks putting them in all configurations (2, 24, 13, 1234, 1, 3, 4)

I'm very close to jumping off of a bridge with my PC to send a messege to it.

You migrated to a B450 chipset board, so in essence you went backwards with regards to the chipset, you were better off on the B550 motherboard.

Might want to pass on which BIOS versions you'd tried. To add, did you follow through steps akin to this guide;

Also: Noted that you upgraded the PSU? Did you use only the cables that came with that PSU?

The motherboard requires that the first physically installed RAM be placed in DIMMA2.

Reference numbered Page 29 of the linked User Guide.

Note the other Important details listed.

Details matter.

Read and review the entire document. Pay close attention to all notes, warnings, etc.. Go online as necessary to look for updated information.

Then starting at the beginning of the User Guide work through your build and double check everything.

Hopefully just some error of omission or commission.

New power supply is ARESGAME AGV750 it's one month old. i have no clue about old PSU. I know I went backwards, it was free and 'probably' compatible. No I don't have a link but my ram sticks brands are corsair vengeance LPX ddr4 and XPG ADATA ddr4. It's been a bit since I tried the FLASH BIOS and I did the newest version, and then the 1st compatible version. And I did everything correctly, including formatting and setting up the USB sticks correctly .

Yes i just used the default cables that are in the PSU. Correct motherboard, already read through that and i already said i tried every ram slot configuration, I started with dimma 2 and it did not do anything so I tried all the others just to be safe. I'm worried that my CPU or GPU is broken somehow and I don't want to go around buying any more things I don't need. This PC was working for 3 years before it decided to die.

Sometimes works.

Sometimes works with endless problems.

Sometimes does not work at all.

Try a clean windows install with only the intended boot drive installed.

The only thing more dreaded than a new build that refuses to power up is one that previously worked fine but magically doesn't now. That tells you that it's far less likely that YOU missed something and you're facing a hardware failure. If your friend had an AM4 motherboard you could borrow to test did he not have a CPU as well? I would have tried that long before motherboard as it's so easy to swap in a CPU vs tearing out the whole board.

If the Tomahawk (great board) is a B450 it might need updated BIOS to recognize that CPU, but as you said you've already tried that. It really looks like your failure is the CPU. Especially if the debug says so. Thankfully that CPU is pretty cheap so as a last ditch effort you could always order a replacement (or upgrade) from Amazon, and if it doesn't solve the issue you can always return it for a full refund and only be out your time.

The operating system would have no effect on whether a system POSTs or not. Even with no hard drives attached the system should still POST. This screams CPU failure to me. Especially if the debug is saying that as well.

I'm going to try and order one to see if it works, Might as well upgrade too! I totally forget that if it doesn't work I can just send it back. Thank you for your input: )

Loose your cpu cooler for a bit, press it too tight may cause problems.
I once met the situation that the post procedure stuck with CPU debug light shining on a MSI b550m. I cleaned the memory slot carefully using a brush, and rubbed the memory using a rubber, then the system posted normally.
After trying these two, I may be convinced that your CPU is dead.
