Question HELP PLEASE - GTA 5 less than 60 FPS WIHT GOOD PC

Please help. ive been trying to fix this for ever. i have a 3060 and a amd Ryzen 7 5800 and im getting like 40 fps with medium settingffs and low res. HELP!!!
ive tried reinstalling drivers
this is happening in most games too for some reason

Is this new pc buildt? Have you tried bios update and do you know how? Also you should install chipset MB drivers.

Than try gpu bios update from official gpu site, or try other gpu if you have one, the one you can borrow. Try that perhaps. What is the amount of DDR4 on your PC? Have you tried clear cmos, and disable fast boot? Not sure about last but...

Try running Unigine Superposition and see what your score is. If your card is at all compromised, it will have a seriously hard time running Superposition.
