I recently changed my MB to the GA-970A-DS3P. I also added a new graphics card and CPU. When i put on the computer, it is stuck on the Gigabyte Insist on Durable screen. None of the usb ports will work. Only if i restart the computer many times, my second light on top will start blinking and i will load into windows and my usb ports only on the MB will work. I downloaded all of the drivers for the motherboad, cpu, processors but it is still the same way. i even reinstalled windows 10 but still nothing.
Also, USB xHCI compliant host controllers in device manager has the warning symbol. I uninstalled and restarted and it is still the same problem. I don't know what else to do.
