[SOLVED] Help please my system won’t load!

I’ve had this system since 2016 January. What it keeps doing is trying to detect all the hardware connected to the motherboard I believe. See photo. But it won’t load past that. It did once after MANY MANY RESETS!

Does anything else come up before hand. What happens if you go to boot menu. If you can try running in safe mode.

I don’t know where safe mode is in my bios. Here is another image of my system status.

Well my Bios will also freeze on me after a short time in it. Would that still be the CMOS battery?

By windows I assume you mean does it boot directly to the windows icon? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding. You may have to explain more I'm sorry.

Well yes and no. See sometimes I get stuck on the hardware screen. Sometimes it loads the windows icon first then tries to load and then brings me back to the hardware detecting screen. Its been a vicious system of that. Sometimes my system will load all the way and I am able to log onto my computer like I am right now. But if I turn off my computer or try to reset the machine I will be dealing with the same issue for probably about fifty resets.

Try updating the BIOS.

So updating the Bios did the trick I believe. I've tested it several times with restarts. Thanks for your help!
