Question Help please !!! new-build with boot loop issues

I have a gigabyte h370 with a i7 9700 k 3.6 processor. Bios loads up and it shows the processor the hard drive and the ram. I go to install win 10 and it starts the install but every time I get to the code entry it restarts. I have tried the cmos reset ,I have tried unplugging all connections and replugging. I also made sure board was attached securely to computer case. Oh yeah the power supply is a Corsair cx750m only 1 plug-in connection plugged in for the hard drive which is a SSD and the dvd-rom drive and that's a 4 pin connector to the Corsair besides the other two come out of it from the factory letter plug to the motherboard. I am at a loss here any help would greatly be appreciated.... I have built several custom computers for myself and Friends and this one's really stumping me

try turning on the xmp ram profile?
try booting with just 1 stick of ram?

Figured it out it was a brand new bad power supply
