Hi, everytime i use my new laptop advanced system care monitor shows me 40% while idle RAM usage, i think this is duo to svchost (which is using the highest memory sometimes over 300 sometimes over 100 etc), could you help me about this? Windows7 64bit prof ultimate updated to the latest, all drivers updated, NO VIRUSES! used malwarebytes too, cleaning registries, AND also there are 0 programs who run at system startup i disabled them all!! Anyone help? :/ BTW i have 4gb 1600mhz of RAM i will buy more soon but this is kinda strange
anyway my CPU usage is god damn pretty low, while doing facebook even skype calls searching internet listening to music usage is like max 15% now is 3% but his temp is 55C max while doing all of these anyone help :/

Solution
40% RAM usage when your computer is idle, is completely normal.
Windows uses it to run things that basically makes your computer work.
If it goes close to 100% when you have loads of stuff open at the same time, you will either need to close stuff or buy more RAM. You should be fine with 4GB though unless you play games that take a lot of RAM or heavy-duty video editing or something like that.
