Hey guys. I really need your help
My parents pc has a problemen
The message "the user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded" after the welcome message in win7 shows.
Now i have no clue how to start the pc in safe mode i tried f1 to f12 it only shows a boot menu not advanced boot menu with safe mode included. What else can i do? I would really appriciate your expertise, my old man needs it for his work.
