Help please...!XP hangs at windows personalized setting loading screen......

Hi, my windows XP got hangs during logging on,
My Desktop wallpaper is visible remaining content is absent..  
And a message saying that " setting up personalized setting for: C:\ Doc and setting\admin\Apps\Data\Apps data\CacheMgr.exe"

Do anybody knows how to recover my windows please help....... 🙁

Looks like your user profile has corrupted, try going in to safe mode, move all your personal files to temp folder.

Create a new user, reboot and login as new user, if allok, copy your files back in to the new profile and then delete the old fault user profile.

Nope, the same problem is still there with my new account... 🙁

Then the os install is corrupt, open up command prompt as an admin and run sfc /scannow

If it fixes the corrupt files, good, if not, then try an install of XP over the top.

If that fails, fresh install.
