I have the cooler master H500p case and the MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS Intel Compatible Motherboard for Desktop Computer/PC. This is my first pc build and I do not know how to connect the rgb fans and the rear fan on the case. I have everything setup except the fans and it is really frustrating me. I do not know where to put any of the cables for the fan. All help is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, it should work perfectly fine on the jrgb1 header and you will be able to then manage the fans with the msi provided software.
I’ve watched that video multiple times before and he says that he took that cable and put it into a 50/50 header on the motherboard. I don’t know what a 50/50 header is and I tried to put it into the sys_fan but it didn’t fit. Thanks for the suggestion though.

This is where the cable (RGBW Header or RGB Header) should go in.
If your motherboard does not yet have these headers (possible as it is fairly new) i would suggest an RGB LED controller from coolermaster http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cooling-rgb-accessories/rgb-led-controller/

Okay, I will purchase that because I do not have on my my motherboard and I only have jrgb1 (unless that is it) but can I still connect the fans in the meantime because I don’t know how to connect the fans.
