Hey everyone so my cousin was messing with my PC when i didn't know it and now my PC is running Microsoft basic graphic instead of what was on my PC i had AMD integrated graphics and i had the GPU tab in task manager and now i don't i have tried to re-download drivers and i still don't have the AMD integrated graphics i cant even download the AMD Adrenalin app and i can't play any of my games can someone help me please.

i am running windows 11 and my CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

What happened when you ran the installer?

i got a error message saying my i had the wrong hardware but i didnt understand because i have downloaded it before

yes i even reset my pc and reinstalled windows to were i knew it were up to date

Try this. Download and install the latest AMD chipset drivers:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am4/b450.html

Then download and try installing the most current video drivers from the previous link.

no i didnt get the error when i installed the chipset drivers only when i tried to install the other

idk what he did i was at work and came home and seen it was on so i thought he played something and when i tried to play nothing would work so i went to devise manager and seen i no longer had the amd intergraded graphics and when i went to task manager i no longer had the gpu tab

Go here and get DDU Uninstaller. Use it to remove ALL AMD drivers. When it is done, restart your system and re-install the chipset and video drivers, in that order.

Are there any other devices in Device Manager showing issues?

Circle back after cleaning up with DDU and attempting to reinstall the drivers.

so its saying go into safe mode and do it and disconnect from the internet but how am i supposed to reinstall the drivers if im disconnected from the enternet

You clean the system with DDU, then restart back into normal mode where you install the drivers.
