Hey tom's Hardware forum

i would like to ask about a problem happening to me and I don't know how to solve it

i will start explaining if anyone would help me, or need more information about it to ask me to give more details.

so it started when i run my computer, it stuck on Gigabyte UEFI DualBios, so after taking it to the computer shop, they said it worked after removing the GPU, but after a while, it worked, and now I'm using the computer without GPU because i don't know how to fix it. I tried to reset the CMOS by bridging the reset pins, but that didn't work.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
System Manufacturer [motherboard] : Gigabyte Technology GA-B75M-D3V
PSU : microdigit MODEL MD2111P

Yep, the GPU might work, but the memory can get used so munch that they just stop working. The GTX 700 series uses the DDR5 ram which they tried to use in computers but found it was too unstable for system memory so the ram is being used by graphics cards, at which it can boost the speed of rendering, I call though cards die cards, because some of them also have the old version GPU that will kill itself.

I don't understand what your trying to say about stuck on UEFI DualBIOS. That is not a issue or problem that is a feature so if you flash your BIOS and your computer shuts off or you get a power outage you still have another BIOS so you get saved and mobo works. Go to BIOS and set to optimized defaults then do what the above chap said and put in another video card. The place you took it to was obviously not very good as this the first thing they should have tried. The iGPU is working but as said above it is sorta obvious the video card is most probably the culprit. Can you RMA it or return it and get a new one? Before you do that put a working video card in that system and see what happens and get back to us. Good Luck✝🎗👶
