Question Help pls

I put a password to my pc about 2 mins ago and I then restarted the pc and I was suddenly astonished to see another account there. It was named John and when I clicked on it it took me to a fresh windows with no files of mine. I did not even make the account. How did it come???

did you install the os or was the pc prebuild by someone?

Accounts do not create themselves. Either you or someone with access to the machine had to have created that account. The only other possibility is that that account came from the installation media. Where did you source your installation media? If it wasn't directly from Microsoft then it isn't legit.
