help portforwarding a netgear wnr1000 router hooked up to dishnetwork internet

When I try to portforward my router so I can view my swann security system it gives me a invalid ip address message. I have followed all the instructions I could find on the internet but not having any luck. anyone have any ideas what i might be doing wrong to get the invalid ip address message

I forgot to mention this is a wireless router.
