Most likely refering to your AGP Aperture size in BIOS, which should be set to 128MB for most systems.
This is the amount of memory allowed for caching of textures to main RAM by the video card. Even though it probably goes nearly unused by today's high RAM video cards, it's still important to some programs.

actually it was displaying that in 3dmark and stuff, but in sandra it said 128 total, but 64 texture, the problem was that the drivers i installed or something messed up, just re-installing windows and then updating drivers worked
