HELP ... Really Strange Computer Boot Problem

Hey All. I am having a really strange boot problem that I can not seem to find a solution to.

Ok so when I FIRST turn on my computer, the PSU turns on and all my fans begin to work. But, I never get any USB power, GPU power, WiFi card power... ETC! So all I can do is listen to my fans. BUT... After a force shutdown, I turn the computer back on and everything is working. I dont think it is a PSU problem because I do heavy gaming on this computer... plus it will eventually boot. I have tried the force shutdown theory three time and every time it DOES correctly turn on. But the force shutdown is killing my computer...

So I turn it on. No power to anything except fans. I force shutoff. I now get power to everything and we are good to go.

Can anyone PLEASE explain to me what is going on and PLEASE help give me a solution. Thanks everyone for you time!

try using your friends PSU and see what happens. it sounds like a PSU problem imo. I had a similar problem, not exactly similar though, and it was the PSU.

Alright sounds like a plan... I really hope it isn't a PSU issue because mine is only a month old! Plus I have done the calculations and I easily have the wattage. But thanks man! I will try that!
