[SOLVED] Help red boot light on motherboards

yesterday I built my pc (first time build) and I managed to gain a display then it took me to the “’msi click bios 5 “ but as I looked at my motherboard I noticed a red light being display and next to it I saw “boot “ and when I would click on the x icon at the top right and the screen would go blank and display the mag logo and put me back into the msi click bios 5

CPU: ryzen 5 3600x
MOBO: msi mag b550
RAM: 2x8 3600 MHz Corsair
GRAPHICS CARD: Zotac 1650 super
STORAGE: western digital 1 tb

Yea The hard drive came from a pre built pc I had and it came with windows 10 pro

Good chance that's not going to be bootable on the new hardware. The oem windows license is also very likely tied to the prebuilt and is also not movable.

You'll need to do a clean install on the new system and eventually need a new windows key(just run the new os unactivated for the time being.

So let’s say I don’t have windows and I built a pc all it would do is boot to bios???

With nothing the system can boot from all you can really do is enter the bios.
