man i loved de laptop u made for me .......... its costs me arnd 2062$

Actually i am from india , so dis pc costs me around 80000 Rs . but if dis config u make in india it wud go above 1 lakh. so i am saving alot .

one more thing Maziar , in dat laptop which speakers r gud , i changed dem to logitech 2.1 wid subwoofer costing 49$ .

Seriously dude, dump Windows Vista and the 4GB of RAM.

Vista is a worthless piece of C**P, unless you get the Ultimate editon and use Aero 3D, and even then Vista still sucks.
And gaming performance takes a huge hit, and don't expect to play any DirectX 10 games on a laptop.

Stick to XP Pro, and 2GB of RAM.

And you'll never get serious sound out of a laptop either, so forget that idea.
Put your money into the BEST video card and CPU that you can afford.
Then compromise between screen upgrades and hard drives (get a 7200rpm option)

oki .......... thanx for de info . i am going for 7950gtx 512mb . 2 gb ram , 160gb hdd , t7200 2.2 4mb cache , i hope dis can handle gaming 2 some level .

one more question .............. wat abt sli 8600gt ??

Frankly saying i never come across SAGER comapny's name .
is it worth buying brand ??

dont even think of SLI 8600GT , because a single 7950GXT beats it , also SAGER is a good company , it has very good laptops with good price range(compared to ALIENWARE and DELL ) ,there are tons of pepole who are happy with their SAGER :

Clevo is perhaps not widely known, but their products are re-branded and sold by many known boutique brands such as Sager, VoodooPC, Falcon Northwest, Eurocom and others

About ASUS C90S , well they say u can put a new card instead of its 8600GT, but i still dont know for sure

That alienware is a very good laptop , but for that price , go for that sager i configured for you ,its better and its cheaper

pretty decent lappie but 7950gtx is must for me ......... wat abt 8600 vs 7900gtx ??

That Toshiba is a really nice laptop for $1500, but it come with vista which means the meager 1GB of ram it comes with need to go to 2GB, which will cost you $70 shipped from newegg

or $80 for an extra GB stick from Toshiba (if you get an extra stick from Toshiba call and ask them if there are two DIMMS or one in it default).

I am not sure how much better the 7950 GTX is vs the 7900GTX, but its better, the tomshardware best graphics cards for the money other section has the 7950GTX rated one section higher then the 7900GTX,

If I had $1500 I get that one. 7900gtx!!! not as good as 7950, but definately no slouch. Save the $500 for something else.

we've already told you repetitively that the 7900/7950 rapes the 8600 multiple times..
