Hey guys
Just got a new case today and swapped everything over.. just the usual! Built many PCs but today once all cable management was done, powered her up and shut down after about a minute.. instantly thought ok obviously forgot something.. everything is perfect, I restarted and quickly went into bios and temps were climbing from 20c to 50+c once it got to 60 it shut down.

I haven't changed thermal paste since 2 weeks ago (got a replacement mobo) so it was fresh as! I literally just did a swap over.. psu is brand new, it's definitely a over heating issue. CPU is hot to the touch on the back of mobo.

Any ideas?? My AIO crapped itself?? Radiator and tubes are cold, but it was perfectly fine for a year??

Asus m5a97 motherboard
AMD fx 8320 cpu
16gb ram
290x sapphire GPU (not getting hot)
New 650w psu
Silverstone tundra td03 lite AIO cooler
5x cooler master fans

Yeah I was wondering if it wasn't getting power so double checked all connections and checked for LED on pump itself and all appears fine.. pretty sure I can feel very slight vibration on the pump when running so I assume it's working? But maybe not flowing? Radiator n hoses are cold

Just because you hear movement and can feel vibration, doesn't mean it's still working. These devices eventually break down, after which it'll be time to replace the entire unit.
If the radiator and the hoses are cold, that would mean the water isn't moving - that's the pump's job.

Yeah that is exactly my thoughts.. just so very odd it decided to crap out as I changed case hahaha! I was chasing my tail for hours trying to find where I had gone wrong lol
